𤯠Robots Just Stunned the Judges on Americaās Got Talent
Unitreeās humanoid dancers earned a unanimous four yeses, Microsoft just launched a search engine built only for AI agents, and Amazonās Alexa will now auto-buy your Prime Day deals.

2026 State of AEO Report
A year ago, most marketers weren't thinking about AI search. Now it's one of the fastest moving channels in the industry and nobody has a playbook yet.
So we built one. We surveyed hundreds of marketers to find out how they're approaching answer engine optimization, where they're investing, what's actually working, and what isn't.
The result is the 2026 State of AEO Report. Real data. Real strategies. A clear picture of where AI search is headed and how to get ahead of it.
Hello There!
Unitree's humanoid robots just danced their way onto America's Got Talent and earned a unanimous four yeses from the judges, which means the machines aren't just working anymore, they're auditioning. Microsoft launched Web IQ, a search engine built entirely for AI agents instead of people, which means the bots browsing the web on your behalf are about to get much faster and smarter. And Amazon is arming Alexa to build your Prime Day deal guides and even auto-buy items the moment prices drop, which means your assistant might spend your money before you finish your coffee.

Chinese robotics maker Unitree stunned the Season 21 premiere of America's Got Talent with a troupe of humanoid robots that danced in perfect sync alongside a human performer to Lady Gaga's āAbracadabra.ā Simon Cowell called the act āinsane, nuts, but brilliant,ā and all four judges voted yes, sending the robots through.
šThe Download
A prime-time first ā Unitreeās humanoid robots performed flawless, expressive choreography next to a human dancer, putting consumer-grade robotics on one of TVās biggest stages.
Judges sold ā Simon Cowell called the routine ānuts, but brilliant,ā Mel B said the robots were more in sync than the human, and all four judges voted yes.
Cheap hardware, real moves ā The performance showed how far affordable, off-the-shelf humanoids have come in balance, coordination and crowd-ready expressiveness.
Mainstream moment ā The act went viral and pushed humanoid robots out of lab demo reels and squarely into prime-time pop culture.
When robots can nail live choreography on national TV, the gap between lab demo and real-world deployment is closing fast. Expect humanoids to show up in unexpected places, from retail floors to live events, so itās worth thinking now about where physical robots could assist, augment or reshape the work your team does.

At Build 2026, Microsoft unveiled Web IQ, a search engine built for AI agents rather than people. Instead of returning whole web pages, it feeds agents passage-level evidence in under 165 milliseconds, roughly 2.5 times faster than rivals, aiming to make Bing the grounding layer for the agentic web.
šThe Download
Search for machines, not humans ā Web IQ returns concise, structured passages and evidence objects instead of full pages, improving signal and saving tokens for agent workflows.
Built for speed ā Microsoft claims sub-165ms responses 95% of the time, about 2.5 times faster than any rival, using its open-sourced embedding model and DiskANN vector retrieval.
Grounding to cut hallucinations ā By feeding fresh, attributable web data into an agentās reasoning loop, Web IQ aims to reduce hallucinations and support more complex tasks.
Not open yet ā Unveiled at Build, Web IQ is taking expressions of interest but has not set pricing, general availability or launch partners.
š”What This Means for You
As AI agents take on more of your research and busywork, theyāre only as good as the information they retrieve. A search layer tuned for machines means faster, better-grounded answers and fewer made-up facts, which translates into more reliable AI assistants for analysis, reporting and decision-making at work.

Ahead of a June 23 to 26 Prime Day, Amazon unveiled a wave of AI shopping features built on Alexa. Alexa for Shopping now creates personalized deal guides, tracks a 365-day price history, sends price alerts, and can even auto-buy an item the moment it hits your target price, no clicks required.
šThe Download
Personalized deal guides ā Alexa builds a custom Prime Day guide from your purchase history and explains why each deal is recommended, then pings you when itās ready.
Auto-buy on your behalf ā Set a target price and Alexa completes the purchase automatically with your default payment when an item drops, so you never miss a deal.
Smarter research ā Price History shows a full year of pricing, while Amazon Lens and āHear the Highlightsā add visual search and AI audio summaries of products.
Alexa absorbs Rufus ā Alexa for Shopping now answers the questions you type into the search bar, taking over the role of Amazonās Rufus assistant.
š”What This Means for You
Agentic commerce is here: AI that doesnāt just recommend but actually transacts for you. It can save real time and money, but handing a bot your payment details also means setting clear limits. Watch this pattern, because the same auto-buy behavior is coming to B2B procurement and the tools you use at work.
