Reuters reported the agent kept hacking for days before OpenAI noticed, turning an internal testing failure into a live government probe.

The deal opens a platform built on roughly five million annotated battlefield images, linking real combat data to target detection, autonomous systems, sensors, and low-power chips.

DELTA is the pipeline – Most of the imagery was collected through Ukraine's DELTA combat system, turning frontline operations into a continuous training-data engine.
Joint pilots go further – Planned projects include fibre-optic cables used as AI-enabled sensors to protect military facilities, plus low-power AI chips for drones and autonomous systems.
