Investors see ANOTHER return from Masterworks (!!!!)
Thatās 6 sales in 7 months. 29 all time. And the performance?
16.5%, 17.6%, and 17.8%, net annualized returns on sold works held longer than one year (See all 29 at Masterworks.com)
Itās not from stocks, private equity, or real estate⦠itās from contemporary and post war art. Crazy, right?
With Masterworks, you donāt need to be a BILLIONAIRE to invest in multi-million dollar art anymore.
Historically, the segment overall has had attractive appreciation and low correlation to stocks.*
Masterworks targets works featuring legends like Banksy, Basquiat, and Picasso, identifying what they believe to have significant long-term appreciation potential, not just at the artist level but at the level of individual artworks.
As one of the largest players in the art market, with $1.3 billion invested over 500 artworks, they pass critical advantages through to their 70,000+ members to add art to their portfolios strategically.

Hello There!
NASA is preparing autonomous robots to build landing zones and habitats on the Moon before astronauts arrive, which means your future coworkers may complain less than Dave from procurement. OpenAI just upgraded Codex with Goal Mode and live app context so AI can keep working while you step away, which is great news for anyone whose browser tabs already qualify as a risk management issue. Meanwhile, Google unveiled ultra fast TPUs and Gemini Omni that can create video, images and text from almost anything, meaning the next office productivity race may depend less on caffeine and more on whose AI assistant skips fewer meetings.
Here's what's making headlines in the world of AI and innovation today.

NASAās exhibit at the 2026 FIRST Robotics Championship spotlighted its ambitious Moon Base vision. Over 51,000 participants learned about autonomous robots, phased deliveries via Commercial Lunar Payload Services, modular construction systems and cooperative rovers that will prepare the lunar surface before astronauts return under the Artemis program, plus Skyfall helicopters being developed for Mars exploration.

Robots set stage for lunar base. At the 2026 FIRST Robotics Championship, NASA showed autonomous robots delivering supplies, building habitats and preparing landing zones. Tens of thousands of students saw robotics as the foundation of a Moon Base.
Phased CLPS missions. NASA explained that up to 30 Commercial Lunar Payload Services flights will deliver scientific experiments and equipment from 2027. These uncrewed missions will pave the way for Artemis astronauts and provide infrastructure for a sustainable lunar outpost.
Modular construction & cooperative rovers. Engineers demonstrated modular assembly systems and multiārover coordination. Automated assembly and coordinated rovers could let swarms of robots build complex structures and coordinate tasks across the lunar surface.
Skyfall helicopters & future. NASA previewed Skyfall, a Mars helicopter built on Ingenuityās heritage, designed to scout terrain for future Red Planet exploration. Officials said innovations from Mars and lunar robotics will feed into each other, ensuring robust robotic partners for future explorers.
š”What This Means for You
Robotic precursors are reshaping space exploration. For professionals, this demonstrates how autonomous systems will increasingly handle dangerous or remote workāfrom construction sites to offshore rigs. Learning to supervise and collaborate with fleets of machines will be crucial as robotics extend into new domains and your job evolves in coming years.

OpenAI rolled out a farāreaching Codex update on May 21 that gives ChatGPT richer context and longerārunning task support. New āAppshotsā on macOS let users attach a live app window to a thread, while Goal Mode graduates from beta. Improved browser annotations and secure remoteālocked sessions round out the release.
šThe Download
Appshots add context: Codexās macOS app now lets users attach an application window to a thread, complete with a screenshot and selectable text, so the AI can see what youāre working on without a long setup prompt. That means it can reference your spreadsheet, code editor or design tool while generating code or explanations.
Goal Mode goes live: The release makes Goal Mode generally available across the Codex app, IDE extension and CLI. Users can define an outcome and success criteria and let Codex keep iterating toward that goal. A dedicated goal database persists state across turns, enabling longer workflows.
Browser & plugin upgrades: Ināapp browser annotations support more precise styling feedback; an advanced annotation mode accelerates asset extraction and groups tabs to reduce clutter. Admins can enable plugin sharing so teams can reuse custom tools and view new analytics showing active users, tokens and plugin usage.
Remote, secure sessions: Eligible macOS users can now let Codex continue working even after the computer locks, subject to regional rules. The update also adds a readāonly JavaScript context and improves reliability when using Chrome extensions, making browserābased tasks smoother.
š”What This Means for You
For knowledge workers, the new Codex capabilities mean the AI can stay productive while you step away. By attaching live windows and setting longāterm goals, you can hand off multiāstep tasks and return to a finished draft. Expect tighter integration between your desktop, browser and ChatGPT, and plan for new admin policies around remote use.

At Googleās I/O 2026 keynote, Sundar Pichai unveiled new eighthāgeneration TPU chips and Gemini Omni, a model that can produce output in any modality from any input, starting with video. He also expanded SynthID watermarking to Search and Chrome and introduced Gemini 3.5 Flash for cheaper, faster agentic workloads.
šThe Download
TPU 8p and 8i: Google introduced two chips: TPU 8p for training large models and TPU 8i for fast inference. Both deliver improved speed and energy efficiency, enabling model builders to train larger systems in weeks and slash latency for search and assistant responses.
Gemini Omni: Pichai announced Gemini Omni, a multimodal model that can generate video, images and text from any input. The first variant, Omni Flash, launches on the Gemini app, Google Flow and YouTube Shorts, offering frontierālevel intelligence with high output speed.
Watermarking everywhere: Google is expanding SynthID and Content Credentials verification to Search and Chrome so users can see whether content was generated by AI or captured by a camera. Partners like OpenAI, Kakao and Eleven Labs are adopting SynthID, signalling industryāwide watermark standards.
Gemini 3.5 Flash: The new 3.5 Flash model combines frontier intelligence with unmatched speed, outperforming 3.1 Pro on most benchmarks and running four times faster. Google says enterprises shifting 80 % of workloads to Flash could save over $1 billion annually, and developers can access it through Antigravity 2.0 for 12Ć faster agent orchestration.
š”What This Means for You
Googleās new hardware and models will make AIāpowered workflows quicker and cheaper. Expect search, productivity and creative tools to handle video and multimodal inputs natively, and look for watermark icons in Chrome to verify authenticity. Developers should test Gemini Flash to reduce inference costs and explore agent orchestration via Antigravity.
