Hello There!
OpenAI just built an AI whose entire job is to hack other AIs, which means the machine now hunts down the security holes your favorite tools never knew they had. ChatGPT turned every past chat, file, and image you have ever created into one searchable memory, which means months of scattered work are suddenly a single search away. And a former Formula One engineer raised $55 million to teach factory robots by filming real people at work, which means your everyday tasks might quietly be training your robotic replacement.
In today's AI Pulse
🛡️ OpenAI Hacks Itself – OpenAI built an AI attacker that found security holes far faster than its human red teamers.
🔎 ChatGPT Turns Searchable – Every past chat, file, and image is now findable from one search bar.
🏎️ F1 Engineer Funds Robots – A former Formula One engineer raised $55M to train factory robots on human motion.

🧠 The Pulse
OpenAI unveiled GPT-Red, an automated attacker trained through self-play to hunt prompt-injection flaws in its own models. It found vulnerabilities far faster than human researchers, breaking almost every system it tested. OpenAI then fed those attacks back into training, hardening GPT-5.6 while keeping its everyday capabilities and usefulness fully intact.
📌 The Download
AI attacks AI – GPT-Red learns by self-play, planting hidden instructions in webpages, emails, files, and tool outputs, then earning rewards whenever a target model obeys them.
It beat the humans – On fresh injection scenarios against GPT-5.1, GPT-Red succeeded 84% of the time versus just 13% for expert human red teamers.
Real systems fell – It compromised an office vending-machine agent and probed coding agents for data theft, so OpenAI keeps the attacker walled off from live products.
GPT-5.6 hardened – Retraining on those attacks cut fake chain-of-thought injection success from over 95% to under 10%, with only 0.05% of direct injections slipping through.
💡 What This Means for You
As AI agents gain access to your files, inbox, browser, and work tools, hidden instructions become a real security risk. Treat AI output like untrusted input: verify consequential actions, limit permissions, separate sensitive data, and ask whether the tools you deploy were tested against prompt-injection attacks before trusting them.

🧠 The Pulse
OpenAI rolled out unified search across ChatGPT chats, projects, images, and documents. From the sidebar you can now search everything at once, filter results by type, and jump straight into the matching conversation or file. The upgrade is live worldwide on web, iOS, and Android, for every plan including free.
📌 The Download
One search box – The sidebar now searches past chats, projects, images, and documents together, so you stop hunting through each content type separately.
Filters add precision – When broad keywords return too much, you can narrow by content type, a lifesaver for accounts stuffed with long histories and files.
Every platform – The upgraded search works across the ChatGPT web app plus iOS and Android, so you can find material from your desktop or phone.
Free for everyone – OpenAI shipped it to all plans worldwide, not just paid tiers, and calls the rollout complete, so it should already be in your sidebar.
💡 What This Means for You
Your AI workspace is only useful if you can find things in it. Use consistent project names, clear file titles, and distinctive keywords so search actually works. But keep approved records outside chat too: easy retrieval is not the same as real document management, retention, governance, or access control.

🧠 The Pulse
Munich startup microagi raised $55 million in what is being called Germany's largest seed round. Founded by former Red Bull Formula One engineer Bercan Kilic, it trains existing robots using footage of people doing real tasks. Its Shift network pays more than 20,000 contributors across 15 countries to capture that data.
📌 The Download
Record raise – Hummingbird led the $55M round with Northzone, LocalGlobe, Village Global, and redalpine, reportedly the biggest seed financing Germany has seen.
Humans create the data – Workers wear cameras and sensor gloves while performing physical tasks, and microagi uses the recordings to fine-tune existing robot models.
A global data network – Its consumer arm, Shift, operates in 15 countries and pays more than 20,000 people to record tasks that are sold to AI labs.
Factories are next – Five companies are already collecting data on the platform, with one preparing an actual factory deployment of the trained robots.
💡 What This Means for You
Robotics now runs on data harvested from real human work, which means your everyday tasks could become valuable training material. Before recording workplace activity, understand how the footage will be used, stored, and governed, and whether the people supplying the expertise are fairly compensated for training their replacements.
