Anthropic has expanded Claude Tag, its AI teammate inside Slack, so it can use your own claude.ai connectors when you ask for help in a channel. Your calendar, drive or CRM stays yours: colleagues cannot borrow your access, and Claude asks for approval before it touches any personal tool.

Your tools, your rules – When a request needs a personal connector like your calendar or email, Claude asks first, then works only with your permissions and logs the action under your name.
Colleagues can't borrow access – Anyone else's request in the same channel never touches your connectors; it runs on the connections an admin attached to that channel.
Review before it posts – "Allow with review" holds every result for your approval, and a sensitive-content check flags items like HR records, deal data and credentials.
No unattended runs – Routines and work Claude starts on its own stick to the channel's shared connections, and the feature is in public beta for a limited set of organizations.
💡 What This Means for You
This removes one of the biggest frictions with team AI: the answer you need usually lives in a system only you can see. Treat it like any access control, though. Choose review mode for sensitive work, because anything Claude posts back to a channel is visible to everyone in it.

Oracle has issued a force majeure notice on Project Jupiter, a 1,400-acre New Mexico data center campus tied to OpenAI's Stargate buildout, citing delays in securing power. Developer Blue Owl says its commitment is unchanged, but the move has lenders rethinking the risk behind trillion-dollar AI infrastructure bets.

Power is the bottleneck – Oracle blamed delays in securing electricity, its responsibility under the deal, after natural-gas pipeline setbacks and legal fights over water and air permits.
Big money on the line – The campus is backed by about $18 billion in bank loans, with Blue Owl holding roughly $3 billion of equity through developer STACK Infrastructure.
Markets flinched – Oracle shares slid around 4% on the news as investors weighed what the notice means for its AI cloud buildout.
Part of Stargate – Jupiter is one piece of the $500 billion Stargate program linking OpenAI, Oracle and SoftBank, and was originally slated to come online in 2028.

AI progress runs on concrete, copper and megawatts, not just models. When a vendor promises new capacity or features by a date, ask what physical dependencies sit behind it. Build buffer into AI rollout plans and budgets, exactly as you would for any supply chain with a single critical input.
