🧠The Pulse
Nvidia is now selling a machine that feels like science fiction. The DGX Spark is a personal AI supercomputer that fits on a desk and delivers petaflop power. Starting at $3,999, it lets anyone fine tune massive AI models and run advanced experiments without depending on cloud rentals.
📌The Download
Nvidia first showed this system as Project Digits and it is now launching worldwide as DGX Spark on October 15. It uses the GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip which combines CPU and GPU power with high speed memory links. With this design, Spark can train or run models with up to 200B parameters, a scale that normally requires server farms.
The machine comes with 128GB of unified memory and up to 4TB of SSD storage. It connects to a standard outlet yet still reaches 1 petaflop, or 1 quadrillion operations every second. The Founders Edition is priced at $3,999 while versions from Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer and MSI may start at $3,000, making it more accessible for developers and students.
Nvidia also previewed a bigger model called DGX Station which offers even more memory for enterprise needs. CEO Jensen Huang confirmed Spark uses the new GB10, also called N1 silicon, which clears up earlier confusion. Moreover, the system is ready with Nvidia’s full AI software stack so it can run robotics, reasoning, and foundation models like Cosmos Reason and GR00T N1 immediately.
💡What This Means for You
Supercomputers are no longer locked inside giant labs. For the cost of a high-end laptop, you could now build and test huge AI models right at home. No more waiting on cloud services. Spark gives you serious AI power on your desk, ready when you are.
🧠The Pulse
Google is moving its viral AI image editor Nano Banana into Search and NotebookLM and soon into Photos. The tool started inside Gemini and already produced more than 5B images. Now it shows up in the apps people use daily which turns normal tasks like searching and note taking into creative moments.
📌The Download
Nano Banana first arrived in August inside Gemini 2.5 Flash. Since then people have used it for 5B images worldwide. Now Google wants to put it inside tools you already open every day. In Search a new Create button appears inside Lens. When tapped it lets you type an idea and instantly edit or remix any photo you scan.
NotebookLM is also getting Nano Banana but with a different focus. It can now create illustrations for your notes and it introduces 6 new Video Overview styles such as anime and watercolor. In addition Google is adding a new output format called Brief which produces short and clear takeaways when users do not want long summaries.
Google Photos will receive Nano Banana soon although no exact date is shared. Google confirmed every creation carries a SynthID invisible watermark so people can always identify AI images. This rollout connects creativity directly to everyday apps and removes the need to switch between Gemini and editing tools.
💡What This Means for You
Your search results notes and photos are about to include built in creative tools. You can edit an image while searching, illustrate documents while writing and soon style pictures in your gallery. This means fewer steps and faster ideas. The gap between searching and creating is disappearing fast.
🧠The Pulse
Think of asking Slack what matters today and getting a real answer. Slackbot is no longer just a reminder tool. It is turning into an AI helper that can plan, search, and collect updates from all your chats. This means less time scrolling and more time focusing on work.
📌The Download
Slackbot is moving from simple notifications to smart assistance. You will soon ask questions in plain English such as “Show me the latest update on Project X” or “Make a meeting plan for tomorrow.” Slackbot will then look across channels, files, and calendars like Outlook and Google to give you the answer in seconds.
Rob Seaman, Chief Product Officer at Slack, says the goal is to reduce noise. Instead of searching through hundreds of old messages, Slackbot will prepare quick summaries and action steps. The tool appears as a small button next to the search bar. Once you click it, a side panel opens and you can chat with it just like a teammate.
Salesforce has already rolled this out to 70,000 employees. The wider launch is coming later this year. Slack says all data stays safe in a private Amazon cloud and is never used to train outside models. A company can choose to turn it off, but workers cannot switch it off on their own. This makes it a major company-wide change.
💡What This Means for You
Slack is becoming more than a chat tool. It is now built to save hours lost in searching and planning. But this also means your company chooses how much AI runs in your workspace, not you. The question is whether you feel ready to let Slack handle that power.
🧠The Pulse
You can now ask ChatGPT what to eat tonight and it will not only suggest meals but also place the order for you. OpenAI announced new partnerships with DoorDash UberEats Instacart OpenTable and Target. This turns ChatGPT into your personal food shopper, delivery assistant and restaurant booker in one place.
📌The Download
OpenAI confirmed that food delivery grocery and shopping services are being added to ChatGPT in the next few months. With this change you will be able to order pizza, book a table or fill a Target cart directly inside the chat. The update is part of ChatGPT’s wider app integrations announced in October.
The first partners include Instacart for groceries DoorDash and UberEats for takeout, OpenTable for reservations and Target for shopping. You can type commands like “Order me dinner” or “Find me groceries under $30” and ChatGPT will show menus, delivery times and checkout options. This cuts out the need to jump between multiple apps.
OpenAI is also testing in-chat payments such as instant checkout with partners like Etsy and Shopify. In India it is piloting UPI payments with BigBasket and Razorpay. However some regions such as Europe may face slower rollout because of stricter rules. These moves show how ChatGPT is moving from being only a knowledge tool to becoming a full shopping and services hub.
💡What This Means for You
This is not only about dinner but about how you shop, eat and book daily services. If ChatGPT becomes the main way you place orders, the apps you use every day may lose their place. The next time hunger hits your first stop may not be UberEats it may be ChatGPT.

BOOK OF THE DAY
Trillion Dollar Coach by Eric Schmidt, Jonathan Rosenberg, and Alan Eagle tells the story of Bill Campbell—the famous coach who guided leaders at Google, Apple, and many other top companies in Silicon Valley. Campbell was not a typical boss. He mixed kindness with honesty, helping powerful leaders grow as people and lead stronger organizations.
Coaching Over Command, Leadership with Care – Most bosses give orders and control. Campbell believed in coaching, not commanding. He showed that real leaders succeed by helping people reach their best. By listening, trusting, and giving honest feedback, Campbell helped create workplaces full of respect and high performance.
People First, Then Business – For Campbell, the rule was clear: take care of people first. When employees feel safe, valued, and supported, business success will follow. He proved this at Google and Apple, where happy teams built great results.
Teams Win, Not Individuals – Campbell believed that teams, not solo stars create true innovation. He taught leaders to build trust in teams, remove barriers, and bring people together around one goal. His message was simple: strong teams make strong companies.
💡 Why you can’t ignore this:
In today’s fast-changing world, skills and knowledge alone are not enough. Trillion Dollar Coach shows leaders how to build trust, care for people, and create powerful teams. Campbell’s lesson: leadership is not about being the smartest, it’s about being the coach who helps everyone succeed.
